About Bundaberg
Bundaberg (aka 'Bundy') is situated on the Burnett River approximately 385km north of Brisbane and 15km inland from the coast.
Bundaberg is known as the 'Gateway to the Great Barrier Reef' and excellent sub-tropical weather lends itself to tourism activities all year round and an abundance of outdoor activities. Popular attractions include the Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Lady Elliot and Lady Musgrave Islands, the Mystery Craters (South Kolan), the Mon Repos Turtle Rookery (near Bargara).
